Senior Product Manager - C2C

Despite the Global Economy downturn, the Blockchain development thrives! As our Hong Kong business taking up a strategic position, we are now looking to build a new Product team from scratch, of course with a lot of help from the Product experts from different offices!

The high-level job objective would be to improve our C2C products for a number of currencies. Come onboard and speak to us now!

How the daily work looks like:

• Responsible for functional planning of financial products, output prototypes and product requirements documents and check system functionality, with a focus on the C2C fiat product or payment solutions
• Responsible for the establishment of overseas c2c fiat currency to crypto transaction business lines, including front-end style design, standardized transaction ecological construction, overseas user growth and design of business operation tools
• Research on identity authentication systems of different countries, responsible for the output and implementation of anti-money laundry risk control strategies on overseas c2c fiat currency trading
• Track international user needs, optimize overseas user experiences and interactions, discover differences between Chinese and international user preferences, identify issues, and follow up on product upgrades
• Liaise with product, technical, business development, social media, community, brand public relations and other teams to coordinate project progress;
• Monitor and analyze competitor products and enhance our product's competitiveness and user experience;

Ideal candidate must have:

• Extensive experience of using and designing international Internet products
• Bachelor's degrees or above with 4+ years of experience in Internet product and mobile product design and optimization, with global vision
• Has strong business judgment and market insight, can clearly and accurately sort out business layout and overall strategy
• Perfect project management awareness on the whole process from demand identification, project implementation analysis, function design, project follow-up, quality acceptance, online release to performance evaluation;
• Strong logic analysis and execution abilities, responsible and can work under pressure;
• Willing to travel from time to time, mainly to Beijing
• Fluent English, Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory

Nice to have:

• Strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies;
• Experience in design of ecommerce transaction systems or payment settlement systems preferred;
