- An ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running on a complex software project
- Proficiency in Solidity, using tools like Truffle or Hardhat
- Solid knowledge in computing theory including networking, data structures and algorithms related to blockchains
- Existing track record of R&D and execution of open source projects on known blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon
- Expertize in Javascript and web3.js or equivalent libraries
- An ability to lead a team and create technical roadmaps
