Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handling Flush’s social media accounts and effectively communicating with players
• Planning social content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is engaging, consistent and ultimately leads to more player registrations that have fun playing the Flush games
• Writing engaging content for use on social media platforms that incentives long term community participation
• Providing reports on social media engagement within the community
• Monitoring the success of the community and social media in regards to the overall communication strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years in a social media or community management role
• Must have some experience using canva, Twitter, Tweetdeck, and the 5 most used social network platforms, plus other visual content and presentation tools
• Experience collaborating with community, partners, customers and team to deliver narrative-driven short and long-form content on social media, blogs and media outlets
• Experience with, Excel, Paid Ads and Google analytics
• A drive to consistently learn and adapt to a fast changing environment
• A solid understanding of the crypto casino ecosystem, confident hardworking and have a passion for anything crypto, gaming, iGaming and blockchain related.
• Experience working in crypto gaming, blockchain or Defi in a social media and/or community-building role
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Ability to work remotely, self driven and take initiatives
• Managing the chat moderators on the Flush site
• Manage all aspects of product launches, from messaging to social media 
• Assist with inbound ticket support.
• Creative growth hacking mindset
• Above all listening to the Flush community of players and responding to valid requests to improve player features and product
