We are currently witnessing record levels of growth and seek a world-class, Social Media & Community Manager to help shape the continued success of one of the leading brands in the blockchain space.

Ā 

As our new Social Media guru you will:

  • Devise and implement channel-specific strategy, purpose and KPIs
  • Develop and accelerate Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Tik-Tok social footprint and engagement
  • Nurture and maintain a proactive engaged community with a focus on Telegram, Reddit and Discord.
  • Analyze consumer/community behavior and ensure effective transition into business decision making and insight
  • Oversee, justify and grow paid media investment
  • Coordinate with internal product, commercial and brand marketing team to amplify key business messages and fully support partner initiatives
  • Manage the delivery of local language content
  • Help develop and deliver the DappRadar brand, TOV and influence at a global scale

You would be the first we look at, if you:

  • Are autonomous, ambitious and highly creative with a natural ability to excel in ambiguous situations and thrive in a flourishing startup environment
  • Have 2-3 years proven blockchain/crypto social and community management experience
  • Have experience managing full suite of social media channels
  • Have experience with preferred social media management, measurement and insight tools
  • Have excellent writer with demonstrable ability to react in real-time to the changing newscape
  • Have demonstrable experience in using performance media budget to grow social footprint
  • Are passionate and knowledgeable about blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and the wider Crypto space
  • Are data-led, highly analytical, and with a growth mindset
  • Are able to deliver calmly under pressure
