Social Media Manager 

We are looking for a talented, experienced and hands-on Social Media Manager to execute our digital marketing and content strategy on social media.

Responsibilities and Tasks: 

• Develop and roll out social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver the optimal messaging, campaigns, target groups and modify social media strategy accordingly.
• scheduling  & Monitoring social media content across all channels.
• Achieve high engagement and new follower and users rate based on KPIs
• Elevate social profiles of the founder and key members in the team.
• Manage Autonio’s social media accounts with focus on organic and paid ads. Mainly Linkedin,Facebook,Twitter (with a room to expand to new channels) 
• Track, Analyse and report on a weekly basis ( engagement rate,Conversion rate, impressions, ROI) 

Requirements:

• Experience in managing digital social media in cryptocurrency, or decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency space and its community 
• Passionate and familiar with cryptocurrency, blockchain and DeFi ecosystems
• 3+ years of social media management experience.
• Proven experience managing facebook, linkedIn and twitter. Proven ability to write effective tweets and posts on different channels.
• Able to plan and execute social media best practices and drive to brand awareness and community growth.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and google analytics.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• The ability to work with remote teams across time zones
