We are looking for a result oriented Social media manager to handle our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create, publish and share engaging content on a regular basis (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor user reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (cover images, profile pictures etc.)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Research and benchmark current trends and audience preferences.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Maintain and update social media performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager.
- Experienced in coordinating content creation with content and design teams.
- Excellent knowledge of different social media channels, their capabilities and limitations.
- Experienced in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good listening, observation, and learning skills.
- Experienced in ideating, managing and executing social media campaigns and reporting ROI.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated proficiency in managing data and reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams based in different time zones.
- Experience in Cryptocurrencies or the Blockchain industry is desirable
- Experience working with Machine learning and AI products is desirable.
