Solana Blockchain Developer

Project Overview

We are building an innovative fund management platform on the Solana blockchain, allowing users to create and subscribe to different investment strategies. The platform will offer real-time data, interactive performance tracking, and seamless wallet integration. In addition, we aim to expand beyond Solana into a multichain environment in the future, leveraging the unique benefits of various blockchain ecosystems.

We are seeking an experienced Solana Blockchain Engineer to help design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient Solana programs. The role also involves planning for multichain interoperability, ensuring the platform is ready for future expansion to other blockchain networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy smart contracts (programs) on the Solana blockchain using Rust and the Anchor Framework.
• Collaborate with the front-end and UI/UX teams to integrate Solana programs with the platform’s user interface.
• Optimize smart contracts for low transaction costs and high performance.
• Ensure multichain compatibility for potential future expansion by designing contracts that can adapt to other blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.) and potentially even RWA.
• Work on cross-chain bridges and explore solutions for asset interoperability.
• Write and maintain comprehensive tests to ensure the security and reliability of Solana programs.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Solana, Web3, multichain interoperability and RWA, and apply them to the project’s roadmap.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing Solana smart contracts using Rust and Anchor Framework.
• Deep understanding of the Solana blockchain architecture and its consensus mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience working with SPL tokens and wallet interactions using Solana Web3.js.
• Knowledge of cross-chain protocols and experience with multichain interactions (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tools such as Solana CLI, blockchain explorers, and local development environments for testing and debugging.
• Experience with security best practices for smart contracts, including code audits and automated testing.
• Ability to work with APIs to integrate smart contract data with the platform’s front end.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, distributed team environment.
