Sr Product Marketing and Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

- Launch dApps from the marketing and product marketing perspective.

- Lead initiatives for user growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including tech, product, and external partners, to generate innovative ideas and conduct analyses for business growth. This encompasses areas such as user growth, performance enhancement, user experience, and the introduction of new product features.

- Safeguard the brand and messaging, ensuring the consistency of product messages to effectively resonate with the target audience.

- Stay abreast of the competition's strategic marketing initiatives and execute accordingly.

- Develop and maintain relationships with industry press outlets, reporters, and influencers.

- Increase the public exposure of C-level executives.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with web-based products.

- 2+ years of experience in web3 projects (such as DeFi, GameFi, etc.) in senior/lead roles.

- Native or bilingual English language proficiency.

- Knowledge of USPs of popular ecosystems such as EVM and Solana.

- Personal experience dealing with crypto assets.

- Experience successfully launching dApps globally.

- Expertise in growing the user base using the latest technology and tools.

- Expertise in media relations, including pitching and building relationships with the press.

- Ability to create, drive, and execute strategy.

- Proven experience with Founders PR.

- Experience managing/coordinating teams to achieve results.

- EMEA or Asia located to meet the team's business hours.
