Technical Copywriter

If so, Babylons team is seeking a part-time Technical Copywriter to write high quality blog posts, long form articles, announcements, market overviews and technical documentation (FAQ, docs, tutorials, contests etc). We are looking for someone who is hardworking with proven communication and excellent written skills. In this role, you’ll work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing, Management, Developer and Creative teams to get the related briefs and details, then finalize the written content and polish it with related visual designs. You will be expected to hold the highest standards regarding research, accuracy, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Write project and community updates

• Write project related announcements

• Research project related topics.

• Write excellent, long form, high quality articles.

• Occasionally write informatic NFT and DeFi related news articles.

• Coordinate with designers to prepare related illustrations

• Reach out and cultivate noteworthy sources who will provide relevant scoops and information.

• Publish pre-scheduled high quality blog content that you will be writing in https://blog.babylons.io/.

• Work closely with our design, management, and marketing teams to publish visually enhanced and informatic content on social media.

• Create and update technical content that helps to guide our community and token holders. This includes FAQ, tutorials, project documentation, contests, marketing campaigns and so on.

Qualifications

• Deep, demonstrated experience in technical and creative writing.

• A sophisticated understanding of the crypto/blockchain space, especially DeFi and NFTs.

• Strong knowledge of the Crypto Twitter Game; confident and professional tone.

• Will need to familiarize yourself with the Babylons project.

• Demonstrate financial literacy and ability to create unique headlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication, editorial and storytelling skills.

• Must have a portfolio of published articles.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Exceptional research and fact checking skills.

• Outstanding English skills, preferably a Native English speaker.

• Able to follow strict brand guidelines and tone of voice.

• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

• Strong sense of character, open-mindedness, common sense, creativity, investigative and assertiveness.

• Flexibility to create technical pieces as well as sales and press style content.

• Proven track record of writing targeted content.

• Experience working in gaming, cryptocurrencies, arts and technology is a plus.
