Description:
TrustSwap is seeking a technical project manager to oversee the work of remote developers. You will create lisaon between the developer team and management while ensuring smooth workflow of the dev team. You will work to maximize the efficiency and organization of the devs under your management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee remote developers work
- Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement systems for scalabale efficiency for the development team
- Implement best practices and guidelines to continually improve performance, scalability, and security
- Monitor and provide feedback to engineers
- Liase with C-Suite management
Requirements
- Strong software development background
- Proficiency with Javascript
- Proficiency with React
- Proficiency with Solidity
- Proficiency with Linux and/or Unix Variants
- Proficiency with cloud-based providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, CloudFlare, etc
- Experience in management
Bonus:
Mobile development android/iOS - React Native/Swift/C++/Objective-C/Java experience
