Responsibilities

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will help drive Product quality through feature specifications, business analysis, testing requirements and by providing Trading Expertise. You will also provide advanced trading Support for customers on higher-tier plans: professional day traders and institutional B2B funds. Occasionally, you will be involved in the preparation of content related to trading such as video tutorials, articles and keynotes at high-profile events.

In a nutshell

• Acting as a Subject matter expert for both the product and growth team
• Help shaping the business logics, providing BAU support, delivering analysis and defining new functionalities together with the Product managers
• Informing and contributing to product testing: unit/regression/automated cases
• Acting as Q/A tester on core high-tech trading-related features
• Support the production of specialised online content for the traders community
• Acting as a central point of contact between teams across the organization including Support, Technology, Product development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
• 3+ years of professional trading experience with proven track record
• Familiarity with Cryptocurrency markets
• Experience in working in multi-functional teams
• English fluency, verbal and written
• Personality traits: professional, problem solver, pro-active, team player
• Based in time-zone between +/-3 hours from London, UK
