(UI/UX) Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the graphic design and interactive work of related product and user interface; be in charge of the overall graphic.
• Redesign our web pages and design graphic user interface elements.
• Improve the design processes and present rough drafts to the internal team.
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
• Work closely with the product manager to help define business and feature requirements.

Requirements

1. Candidates with a bachelor's or a master's degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Animation, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant majors are welcome to apply.
2. Over 2 years of working experience in blockchain and the crypto industry.
3. Take full ownership of your work and execute creative ideas without little to no guidance.
4. Be proficient in, (Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, PhotoShop) and other dynamic tools. Excellent video editing skills will be a plus+.
5. Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS also be will be an asset.
6. Be a good team player with outstanding communication skills and willing to work remotely across different time zones.
7. A native English speaker with excellent writing skills.
