About the Role:
The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of IDO projects by managing the communication and processes between our customers and internal departments. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication between customers and internal departments.
- Monitor the progress of IDO projects, ensuring all tasks are on track and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, processes, and project progress.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Regularly check in with departments to obtain updates on their progress.
- Address any issues or delays promptly and efficiently.
- Identify potential problems in the workflow and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any obstacles that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions.
- Ensure customers are informed and satisfied throughout the IDO process.
The ideal candidate -Â who you are and requirements:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in the Web3 Launchpad sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work in the EU time zone.
