We are seeking a talented and passionate Web3/Crypto Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Web3/Crypto Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and engaging our community across various social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc). Your deep understanding of Web3 technologies, cryptocurrencies, and social media trends will drive our digital strategy and help us build a strong and vibrant community. This role is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Execute our social media strategy aligned with our KPIs
- Create engaging, informative, and shareable content that educates and excites our community about our products, services, and industry.
- Manage and monitor our Twitter account
- Manage SEO optimization for our site, backlinking, and page ranking for keywords
- Actively engage with our Twitter community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and leverage industry influencers, partners, and relevant communities to expand our reach and foster collaborations.
- Monitor social media trends, news, and discussions related to Web3 and DeFi, and proactively identify opportunities for engagement and thought leadership.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the DeFi, including emerging platforms, protocols, and trends.
- Collaborate with community moderators on marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing social media accounts in the Web3, crypto, or technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of DeFi technologies, blockchain fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different social media platforms.
- Strong community management skills, with experience in engaging and growing online communities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Passion for the Web3 and crypto space, with a genuine interest in staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
