Associate Manager - Business Development
As part of the business development team you will help to significantly shape the new upcoming products which TrustSwap will launch. You will also be included in the next upcoming post merger integrations. We have an exciting roadmap ahead and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of TrustSwap and the cryptocurrency space in general. You will do this by identifying the trends in the market, suggesting different ideas, collecting ideas from the rest of the team and helping execute those ideas. You will...:

  • closely monitor the crypto markets including all Apps, Dapps, DeFi projects and report to the management about the latest trends.
  • develop client acquisition, partnerships and revenue growth strategies.
  • co-develop specific monthly, quarterly and annual targets and help with their execution.
  • collect customer feedback on a regular basis and report sales activities to the management team including clients wins/losses, competition activities and product feedback.
  • support the supervisors in M&A activities including post merger integrations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of direct experience in business development and/or sales with over average track record.
  • Work experience in the Crypto industry is a plus.
  • Personal passion and experience in the Crypto space especially with trading platforms and other apps is a must.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in in FinTech or other high-growth startups is a plus.
  • Date-driven, ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Hands-on and strong sense of ownership.
