- Lead the business development and sales effort for Matrixport and Bit.com's full range of products in the EMEA region;
- Cover key trading and lending clients in the region with a focus on proprietary trading firms, HFTs, funds, and family offices;
- Able to formulate region and country-specific sales strategies based on the company's business strategy;
- Represent the company in the region's conferences and supporting the company's brand building, promotion and marketing;
- Be the key person in charge of the company's localization strategy;
- Able to have a thorough understanding of customer needs and channel customer feedback on company's products and service, to contently improve the product features and customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in crypto-financial services industry, previous working experience in derivatives exchanges, brokerages or trading firms will be high relevancy;
- Solid financial product and market knowledging (with a good understanding of futures and options);
- Passionate about cryptocurrency (trading/mining) and digital assets/tokenization;
- Spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation;
- Familiar about the business laws and regulations in the EMEA region;
- Being able to excel in a competitive environment, being able to work independently and as a team player;
- Being able to travel;
- Fluent in English, one additional major European language would be a plus.
