Engineer Lead

As the DeFi engineering lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in maintaining the current products and services and developing future ones. This is not a project manager role and therefore you will be expected to contribute in the ideation of products, architecture design, as well as developing the final product with the support from the engineering team. We are looking for someone with strong engineering experience with leadership qualities to manage and inspire a small team of fellow engineers. The broader responsibilities will include:

1. Ideation, design and architecting of new DeFi products.
2. Maintain existing products and improve them.
3. Writing and maintaining documentations.

Experience Required:

1. At least 4 years of experience in web development.
2. Must have experience in Solidity and smart contract development.
3. Must have a built at least one DeFi product.
4. Must be well versed in the DeFi landscape.
5. Ability to communicate with engineers and understand their needs, challenges, motivations.
6. Ability to work with a remote team.
