Software Developer with a background in Product Operations at Uber | Backend & Full-stack
I hold a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Design Sciences, and my passion lies at the intersection of both fields. I'm particularly interested in how technology can serve design and how design can critically shape the way we build technology. This mindset has led me to explore projects that combine the structured logic of engineering with the creative, human-centered approach of design.
I’ve led cross-functional projects as a Product Manager, Project Manager, and Product Owner in tech companies like Uber, Cornershop, and Shift. My work has included improving customer support systems, launching new features, and aligning operations with product development. Highlights include reducing support tickets by 12% through workflow automation and Help Center redesign at Uber, and reducing external personnel costs by 5% after leading the implementation of Shift’s workforce management system for Sodexo Chile, onboarding 20,000 employees.
Currently, I’m deepening my technical skills in software development to complement my background in management. I’m taking the Full Stack Open course by the University of Helsinki and looking for opportunities as a junior backend or full stack developer. My goal is to contribute not only to strategic and product decisions, but also to the technical ones building robust, scalable, and well-designed solutions with a critical and creative lens.
