Nice to meet you ! My journey in the web3 industry started in 2017 since then, I have been constantly improving my knowledge and skills. This gave me the opportunity to start working on projects such as: Waves, Oasis, Kadena Network, Cudos Network, Sei Network, DeSyn Protocol, Amulet Protocol, Bora Chain, YeehaGames and others.... My responsibilities included:

• Creating promo videos on TikTok.
• Creating guides and reviews on YouTube.
• Creating Twitter threads / Infographic.
• Writing articles on Medium.
• Translation of documentation and announcements.
• Moderation of communities Discord/Telegram.

In my opinion - technology is constantly evolving and an employee must match their skills and abilities by learning new things to be a leader and enthusiastic about what they love and do.

My approach to the job is to do initial research on the project - WhitePaper, RoadMap and other information.

Drawing up a plan for promotion and content.

Creating content adhering to the color scheme, fonts and policies of the project.

When it comes to community moderation, I adhere to the importance of building a strong community, because the community plays a key role in the life of the project, so it's important to provide responsive support to users so they feel valued. To be fair in resolving conflict situations and always find common ground so that in the end the user stays committed to the project and recommends its technology to others.

My experience has touched on web3 areas such as BlockChain, Protocols, DeFi, GameFi and others.

My personal qualities: responsibility to work and jection to what I do. Ability to find a common language with different people. A great enthusiast and a fan of my work.
