Crypto finance and treasury analyst at Venga, a MiCA-licensed crypto platform in Barcelona (licence granted July 2026). I run the daily crypto and fiat position across liquidity providers, custodians and banks, the cash flow forecast and the client-asset safeguarding reconciliations. I designed our reconciliation process and prototyped the matching tool that engineering turned into production, redesigned the general ledger structure and own the month-end close tasks for crypto. For the MiCA application I prepared the financial inputs and attended the meetings with the CNMV alongside the C-level team.

Before Venga: product control for derivatives at HSBC and finance operations at NEO (settlements, SWIFT and SEPA payments). Seven years in the financial sector, about five in finance roles. Executive Master in Digital Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at ESADE (2026) and a five-year degree in Business Administration (UBA).

Looking for: treasury, finance operations, reconciliations or financial analysis roles at crypto and fintech companies, remote across Europe or in Switzerland (Italian/EU citizen, ready to relocate). Tools: Excel (Power Query, VBA), SQL and Python (basic), AI coding agents; Kraken, WhiteBIT, Ledger Enterprise, DFNS, OpenPayd, Checkout.com, block explorers.
