I sit at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. I'm currently Treasury and Asset Management Lead at Web3 Foundation, where I run cash management across fiat and digital assets, asset management for the Foundation's portfolio, and the venture capital process as Limited Partner — from due diligence through post-investment monitoring. I built the entire risk and operational framework behind all three from scratch, with no legacy system and no playbook to follow. Before that, I spent over 15 years across UniCredit, UBS, and Credit Suisse leading liquidity and capital risk. That included directing liquidity risk governance at Credit Suisse through one of the most challenging periods in Swiss banking history — the 2023 crisis — where I led stress testing, deposit behaviour monitoring, and risk escalation while the ground was shifting daily. I also acted as Product Owner and Project Manager on major cross-functional transformation programs, and started my career in internal audit.
