I'm an ecosystem operator with 5 years in crypto, working directly with founders across Asia, LATAM, MENA, and Europe. Most of my career has been spent in the middle of launches, partnership rollouts, and KOL programs for projects in the NEAR ecosystem.

What I do now: Fractional ecosystem ops for crypto founders post-raise. Taking on 2-3 founders per quarter on the operational work between product and distribution.
