I worked for 2 crypto exchanges a few years back. My roles are the following: inviting people to use the exchange, helping them with their questions, chatting with people with problems on the platform they are using or coins they want are not available.
Managed 2 servers before, helped shillers on creating templates and give ideas on how to shill, and give chatters ideas on how to chat longer and I also chat to start the engagement when it is getting dry.
