I have worked as a software engineer from the past 5 years where my main job responsibilities include but are not limited to customer and e-mail support, api support, database support. Resolving client tickets over phone, chat and e-mail. Get involved with developer to test different softwares and find out bugs and help in root cause analysis.
I will be able to do this job to the best of my knowledge and I am willing to learn anything new. I have been into cryptocurrency trading and have a good knowledge of various trading methods and blockchain technologies.
