Hi team, thanks for taking the time to review my application! I'm hooked on building cutting edge crypto technologies. So far in the crypto space, I've worked professionally a product manager at Hydrogen, building identity and payments solutions on Ethereum to abstract away these complexities from dApp developers. While I don't have a formal CS background, I've always been technically minded, and my finance/product background gave me some very strong context to become comfortable developing with the web3 stack.
Beyond my technical scope as a PM, I've developed a number of personal and hackathon projects. One of my favorites was my team's project at the EthParis hackathon, where we built a fully functional, highly user-intuitive Venmo => ETH/ERC-20 bridge, powered by Uniswap. I hope our project helps establish a standard for seamless fiat-crypto onboarding for dApps.
Since leaving Hydrogen, I've been working on a personal project to convert ERC-721 assets into Harberger-taxed ERC-20 shares. I am excited about this project because it has a wide range of use-cases. Most directly, it removes the need for a centralized controller/whitelist common in many "security token" issuance schemes. Further, it is one of the few dApps, in my opinion, that would genuinely not be feasible without blockchain technology, due to the Harberger-taxation scheme.
Liquidity Network is focused on the most creative, challenging frontier of payments tech, and working in a way that doesn't compromise the underlying value proposition of blockchain technology. I would love to join the team as a blockchain engineer and continue to grow and contribute to web3.
