Because I´m a retail trader that has traded crypto for about 2 years, who knows technical analysis, can adapt to any user interface quite quickly, have a proactive mind, and empathic side, and likes to solve problems. Locally, I´ve worked both as a salesman and as tech support(for a computer retailer), so I know how to calm down nervous people and help them during a crisis. Right now, I´m trading full time, so I´m at my computer most of the day, and that enables me to work odd schedules and night shifts if necessary.
