I am an experienced HR specialist and manager, customer service specialist (including escalations) and risk management analyst. For the last 5 years, I have worked on various customer concerns in fields relating to human resources and credit card fraud. I managed a team of 20 full time employees and developed them into responsible members of the organization. My work experience also covers administrative tasks such as creating feasibility studies, data entry and research.
