RE: D-Core Researcher Position

Dear sir/madam, Through an advertisement on the ‘Crypto Jobs List’ website, I learned about the researcher position at D-Core. I completed my research masters at Nelson Mandela university, South Africa in 2018. The core focus of my research was on financial markets and crypto-economics. My research provided me with both technical trading insight as well as intrinsic details on the functionality of decentralised digital markets. This, together with my background in finance, enhanced my interest in pursuing a career immersed in blockchain as a branch of financial technology. My main interest in applying for the research position stems from my desire to research and present findings in lieu of future policy decisions made with respect to blockchain-based projects. Additionally, I am also excited about the prospect of engaging with emerging data and perhaps various stakeholders within D-Core’s network on my PhD research which is focused on blockchain technology and its use in creating efficient decentralised economic systems. For these reasons, I feel that the researcher position at D-Core would be a logical next step in my development as a blockchain technology researcher-analyst. As a researcher, my strong work ethic and analytics capabilities would make me a valuable asset to D-Core. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to speaking with you further. Sincerely,
