I am currently a research and teaching assistant in Computer Engineering Department at Bahcesehir University in Istanbul. I am pursuing my Ph.D. and planning to graduate in December 2019. My research interests are including embedded systems security, applied cryptography and network security. In my Ph.D. research, I have implemented various cryptographic schemes on constrained microcontrollers for wireless sensor networks (WSN) and Internet of Things (IoT) applications. My research works are published by the recognized academic journals and conference proceedings in recent years. Although, there are existing works of mine which are under review and yet to be published. Besides my academic research, I am very interested in Blockchain and decentralized technologies. I have taken online courses about Ethereum , learned Solidity language to created Smart Contracts and testing decentralized applications that i have built on Truffle Suite environment. Iām experienced with investigating and implementing cryptographic techniques in various ares such as public-key cryptography, post-quantum cryptography and Ethereum applications.
