As Head of Operations and Client Success with Shortest Track, Inspirotec and Otobots, I have demonstrated proficiency in listening to clients’ needs, and formulating the tactical action plan to achieve results. At Inspirotec taking on additional responsibilities such as business development, product management and UI & UX dashboard build-out has given me the additional opportunities to learn various aspects of other departments. Daily communication with executive team, department heads, web developers, designers, programmers has given me the interpersonal skills to communicate with individuals at all levels.
