Head of Research

Dear Web3 Foundation team!

I would like to apply for the Head of Research position. I am a reseacher in blockchain-related fields and theoretical physics. The last employment duties included development of scientific agenda for Research Institute (Moscow R&D lab, Russia, formerly known as Blockchain Institute), its maintenance and conducting research on the subject in tight interaction with developers and product teams. The scientific agenda can be provided upon request (the document reflects my views on current solvable problems of the blockchain field as for summer 2018).
