I am in love with the idea of a distributed, open and community driven systems being the central authority of decision making. This eliminates the possibility of a person or set of people getting control of the system and deviating from the community interests.
I recently came to know about the THORChain, and was really impressed by the importance given for developing core products enabling such systems. I just wanted to apply for a position at THORChain right away, as I would love to contribute to such products.
I also feel that the 100% Remote structure is ideal in this day and age of internet....
