In my current capacity I've scaled up the org from 1 to 2x until now focusing on today's blockchain based NFT project to build the metaverse for cricket. I've assisted product company to setup new facilities and scaled them from 0:1 and 1:2. In over 12 year of career I designed multiple HR policies, process and conceptualized a whole new employee onboarding process. I've revamped processes and customized it as per today's need.
