I’ve gained a lot of experience in software development by contributing to several open-source projects (LuaRocks, Servo, web-platform-tests, Firefox) and by working at different software companies (WellCode, Bloomberg LP, Tora Trading) (the details can be found in my resume). The most relevant of these is my research position at Tora Trading, where I’ve worked on Cyberian, a decentralized dark pool for institutional cryptoassets investors. Here, I’ve researched scalability and trustless off-chain computation solutions for blockchains, focusing on Ethereum. During my time in this position, I’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience on working with blockchains, writing smart contracts and designing a decentralized exchange for Ethereum. Also, my research resulted in a proof-of-concept implementation of off-chain zero-knowledge proof verification within the Truebit network, Truebit being a protocol that provides trustless off-chain execution of any computation and has an incentive system similar to Kleros'. With my determination, technical ability, passion for blockchain technology and experience in this field, I am confident that I will make a positive contribution in participating in your internship program.
