When a have to choose my tools, despite having experience with React, I often use Vue.js as the base framework (Quasar or Nuxt if SSR), for integrating with smart contracts Ethers.js is my favorite.
I can write smart contracts, work with on the backend with Node.js or Python but I'm a frontend specialist.
