I've spent the last 1.5 years learning and building on the Lightning Network on my own. I know how the network and client libraries work in detail and how to build applications around their strengths and caveats. Sadly, with LN adoption going poorly I'm starting to think I wasted my time. But I think my efforts prove that I'm capable learning complex technical subjects and integrating them into user-facing web apps....
