I have been serving as Director of Business Development at a Swiss/Slovak blockchain company called DECENT.ch for the last 3+ years.
During my tenure here, I have experienced multiple aspects of the industry, including building and conducting ICO’s, communicating deliverables both from/to external stakeholders, building Proof-of-Concepts, negotiating Joint Ventures, setting up offices across the globe and last but not least identifying and exploring new opportunities of business for the organisation.
Previously I have led high-performing sales teams across multiple industries, where I have built long-lasting relationships with clients, partners and key opinion leaders.
I am used to setting KPI’s and delivering them both individually and collectively.
