I'm very interested in customer support and I had two years of professional experience as well as several internship experiences in communication that allowed me to be in direct contact with clients which helped me to manage stress and difficult situations, as well as the development of buy / sell applications related to the field of electronic commerce. In addition, I have editorial abilities and a great ability to convince, and all this is thanks to the quality scientific and pedagogical training that I acquired during my training and that allowed me to have a capacity analysis and writing, a sense of responsibility and rigor, and a very good level in languages. Indeed, I made many presentations in English and French during my studies, and I submitted a scientific article in English in my research laboratory. Besides, I have a good level in German (B1) and a fluent level in English (C1) and fluent level in French (C1). According to my professional experience, I started working as a client advisor at Teleperformance for French and Belgian customers where I ensured a high level of professionalism in carrying out the tasks entrusted to me. I learned about customer relationship management and stress management since it's a stressful job considering several factors such as the high work rate, the number of rules to respect, the number of tasks to be performed in a period limited time.
