I have been heavily involved in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space since 2017 when I cofounded Blockchain Beginners, a company set up to teach people about what Bitcoin and blockchain is in an accessible manner.
From there I was given the opportunity to join Sweetbridge, initially as Global Head of Community and Events and then moving into Head of Business Development, Europe and Middle East.
During my time here I was heavily involved in the marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C outputs as well as speaking at events and representing the company at various investor meetings.
Unfortunately, they had to scale back their operation so I moved on and worked with Sirin Labs to reengineer their marketing strategy to appeal to a broader audience. The strategy I put in place for them during this short consulting gig is still being used to this day.
I am keen to get back into the DeFi / blockchain space full time as this is an area that I can only see growing, and it somewhere I am really passionate about. I love learning and helping others, so to be involved in an area that will forever change how we view money and finance is something that really appeals to me.
