I started out mining alts with a few colleagues back in 2013, built a mining farm in an old chicken egg-laying factory. The smell was incredible, but so was the hashrate. The partners decided to move on to other business a year in, so we consolidated the equipment. I moved on to day-trading crypto for a bit, stopped to deal with school and now hold 80% crypto in paper storage (the rest in various exchanges) while I day-trade fiat derivatives and equity.
