I have many years experience working in IT and customer support roles and recent expertise gained in supporting the cryptocurrency community. For the last five years I have been working remotely, prior to this I ran my own small web design and IT companies in the UK. I’m an original tech geek, born from my first programming experience in primary/elementary school! I love keeping up with the latest tech regarding cryptocurrency, Web 3.0, communications and social media. I recently taught myself video editing with DaVinci Resolve, just for fun during lockdown. Customer communication and success has been my main area of work for the majority of my career, from customer support and staff training in a large transport organization, through to technical support for a small API/SaaS company in the UK and most recently community support in the cryptocurrency ICO space for AmaZix Limited; moderating and updating Telegram channels and maintaining client’s social media, forum posts on Reddit, moderating AMAs, etc. This also included learning all ICO white papers for the clients we looked after, which was fascinating and enabled me to explain complex technical issues in an engaging way using my quirky sense of humour/humor. I am presently based in Cyprus (Athens timezone) visiting my father, although I am able to work business hours for any timezone required.
