I think i am quite fit for this job. Because i have experience in taking call in a customer service center. I was a customer service representative. I can handle critical situation in a cleaver way. Handling critical situation is nothing more than a daily routine to me. I am a gentle person. I am polite and nice behaving with customers with patience. And i have a fluency level in speaking English. And solving problem is effortless to me. That's why i think i am fit for this job....
