I am not satisfied until the costumer is. First I make sure to understand the situation before attempting to answer. Then I use my creative problem solving skills combined with every resource available to give the costumer a lasting satisfying solution. This might not be what he/she wanted initially . So during my career I have also mastered the art of making the costumer understand and believe that the offered solution is the best one possible.
