I've been in the BPO industry for 12 years now, over 4 years in Telesales or outbound campaign and now in Customer Service or Technical Support. I started as a Telesales Executive for an outbound call center based in London, then later on with other BPOs based in the US and Singapore. When I ventured and moved to an inbound call center, I started as a Customer Service and Technical Support. Then, moved around other LOBs and Escalations Team.
