As a Business (Marketing) / IT (Computer Science) graduate I believe I would be a perfect fit for this role. Having been through the struggles of reporting and reconciling over 3500 transactions across a range of centralised and decentralised exchanges, I fully understand issues customers may face when completing their crypto taxes. Having previous experience in customer service I believe I can strongly empathise with customers, and possess the ability to understand and solve a range of customer issues in a timely and professional matter.
