Dear Trustswap team! I spent years in engineering and also in close customer service. I understand how they work, and also I worked years in the management (agile and waterfall projects) and I developed my skills to be a very effective interface between upper management and hard engineering. In the meantime I spend most of my free time in the crypto space: mining, staking, trading and of course learning.
