My good interpersonal skills makes me the ideal candidate for this job. At my current job I'm working as an Administrative Assistant and apart of my job is to follow up with all outgoing invoices. With this job I have to be able to communicate effectively with our clients. Whenever I call or email them I have to let them know who I am and the reason for my call or email. If at all there is any conflict, it is my job to take notes and make a report to our management team who will then advise me of the best solution.
