Despite a lack of professional experience in the blockchain space, I have independently learned Solidity and Web3 to work with the Ethereum blockchain. Moreover, I firmly believe the most valuable trait in a prospective employee is motivation, and there is very little I have been more motivated for than Ethereum, which I think stands to revolutionize finance and information handling globally. You will find applicants with more experience than me, who know things I don't; but you will have a very hard time finding anyone who learns as quickly as me or has as broad a background to draw upon when facing new challenges....
