I have more than 24 years of experience as a writer, editor & content creator, and I got my feet wet by writing for websites.
In 2006, I taught myself how to write keyword-rich & SEO friendly articles for website content & blog articles.
On a personal level, my first website was built with Geocities before I started my blog on Blogspot in 2000. Then I transitioned to blogging on WordPress in 2007.
In the past year, my area of writing specialization has been in FinTech, crypto & DeFi.
I have also developed publishing schedules, marketing collaterals, manage in-house & remote teams, and introduced performance tracking to achieve targets. In my editor roles, I have managed in-house writers as well as freelance writers based both in Singapore & overseas. The role also required me to work closely with marketing & sales teams, as well as senior management.
I am proficient in understanding branding needs and the audiences that I am creating content for & adept in bringing multiple simultaneous projects to completion, with demonstrated professionalism & accuracy. I am also an efficient task manager, articulate executive-level collaborative leader with the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and situations.
