I’m a good designer: I primarily design and think from the end user(s) perspective, but at the same time realize the importance of technical limitations, business needs and tight deadlines. I love blockchain (soon this will sound as silly as saying ”I love the Internet”…but still): For over 3 years this has been my main interest, and I think NOW is the time it will start to gain mainstream adoption. User needs will be even more important from now on. I’ve been around: I’m experienced and have been working in numerous of teams for many years. I’m quick to get going and I understand how most organizations work. Perspectives: I love to get my hands dirty creating wireframes, design and prototypes in Figma. But I also like to step back looking at the bigger perspective and asking questions - why we are doing it and who is going to use it etc. Pragmatic and honest: Stuff needs to be done. Sometimes quick. Sometimes you have to accept jumping some steps in the process. That’s ok most of the time. But if something doesn’t rhyme or if we’re marching towards a cliff I’ll speak up.
